Brandon’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including matters arising from construction projects, commercial transactions, personal injuries, property damage, as well as guardianships, wills and trusts. Brandon has extensive experience as a litigator, arbitrator, mediator, and law professor. He has been a voting rights volunteer for many years and served as the Voter Protection Director for the Florida Democratic Party.

Brandon, a native Floridian, remains active in the Florida Democratic Party and spends his free time with his family and four dogs.
