We are committed to hiring skilled attorneys and staff members representing a diverse background. Our attorneys and paralegals keep abreast of developments within the legal field through the regular attendance at continuing legal education seminars and programs.

The firm utilizes the team approach; each matter is handled by a team consisting of a partner, associate and paralegal, supported by an assistant. We involve employees at all levels of the firm in our periodic assessment of the steps we can take to improve our representation. In those instances in which a matter can be handled by an associate or paralegal rather than an attorney with a higher billing rate, we do so subject to the approval of our clients. We avoid unnecessary pleadings, hearings, or billing for internal file handling and management.

We believe in civic rent. The firm and its staff recognize their obligation to give back to their communities. The firm contributes to many local charities including the Lake Eola Fountain Restoration Project, The United Veterans of Florida, Inc. Junior Achievement and the American Heart Association. The attorneys and staff serve on boards and committees and volunteer with nonprofit organizations, religious groups, recreational teams and civic groups.
