ATTORNEYS
Martin’s practice is focused primarily in the defense of construction defect claims and defense of personal injury claims. He represents restaurants, hotel and entertainment establishments in the defense of slip and fall claims, negligent security actions and other matters. Martin also defends clients in products liability claims including defense of subrogation lawsuits.
