ATTORNEYS
Madison Tezel concentrates her practice on medical malpractice, construction, and casualty litigation. She represents healthcare providers, contractors, developers, and insurance carriers in all phases of litigation throughout Florida. Madison regularly handles complex matters involving professional negligence, construction defect claims, personal injury, premises liability, and related disputes, delivering strategic, detail-oriented advocacy from pre-suit investigation through trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Madison gained experience litigating a wide variety of civil litigation matters throughout the state of Florida. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minors in Communications and Political Philosophy. Madison earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she received the Book Award in Torts. During law school, she served as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant to Professor Mark Fenster and as a Research Assistant to Professor William H. Page. She also held the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Public Policy, further refining her research, writing, and leadership skills.
Outside of her practice, Madison enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
